Welcome to our small home-based business in Hagerstown, MD! Since 1998, we have been dedicated to crafting high-quality,-scented handmade candles and smelly goods at reasonable prices. Each candle is made to order using a soy blended wax and the finest uncut oils, that no two candles are ever alike. If you have questions or specific scent requests, feel free to reach out via email. Candle Burning Instructions:
-Always trim your candle 1/4 of an inch and remove any debris from candle wax pool
-Candle should be burned for 1 hour per inch in diameter of the candle for the first burn of the candle. This creates the "candle memory" and will allow your candle to burn evenly from side to side and prevent tunneling of the candle. Example: if your candle is 2 inches in diameter, the first burn should be for at least 2 hours to set the candles memory.
-Burn your candles out of drafts and away for excessive air movement
-Stop burning your candle when it is about 1/2 inch from the bottom, Use remaining wax in a warmer.
-Never ever leave candle unattended
Shipping & Creating:
All orders are made when order is placed. Please allow 3-5 days in house to make and create your order. Shipping calculations are for once the order is shipped, does not reflect the time to make your items. Shipping calculations are based on the weight and the destination of the order. Bubbys Grubbys does not make the shipping calculations.
Bubbys Grubbys can not be held responsible for your order once it leaves our hands. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. If your order is damaged during shipping, it is up to the customer to start the damage claim as the customer has the damaged items in question--please note that USPS will most likely require photos and proof of damages. Bubbys Grubbys does offer more insurance for your items in our Products section.
